A series of three workshops for visual artists, actors, dancers and anybody who is interested in exploring their vision and themselves. Colour, peripheral awareness, movement perception, sense of depth and quality of clarity are all sensitive and malleable sensations. Using the Bates method of vision education we will explore the connections between body, attention, intention, relaxation, movement and vision.
The workshop on the 9th March will cover a lot of the same material as the Journeys into Sight workshop inOctober 2013. If you attended the October workshop you are very welcome to all three but if you wish to come to only the April and May workshops the price for attending is £30 for both.
